Starmaker Student Application

To enroll simply complete and submit the form below for each child. We will reply with confirmation that your child is booked in, and will send all the information you’ll need for the start of your new performing adventure! If you have any questions whatsoever just call us on 07546 813 697. Applications must be made by a parent or guardian of the student and be received prior to 12:00 on Fridays to allow for a start date on the forthcoming weekend.

From time to time, Starmaker Performing Arts Academy may take photographs and/or videos of students during classes, rehearsals, performances and Starmaker events.
These may be used for Starmaker's promotional and educational purposes, including our website, social media, printed promotional materials and displays.
Starmaker Communications*
We will use your contact details to communicate important information about your child's application, trial, classes, shows, events and payments.

Your application is submitted through the Starmaker website and shared with the Principal of the academy you have applied to.

We may contact you by email, text, WhatsApp, Messenger or telephone.

We use Mailchimp for communications, DocuSign for documents and permissions, Google Forms for online forms, and GoCardless to collect payments.
