Starmaker Student Application

To enroll simply complete and submit the form below for each child. We will reply with confirmation that your child is booked in, and will send all the information you’ll need for the start of your new performing adventure! If you have any questions whatsoever just call us on 07546 813 697. Applications must be made by a parent or guardian of the student and be received prior to 12:00 on Fridays to allow for a start date on the forthcoming weekend.
