Starmaker Performing Arts Academy is a funky, fresh and vibrant performing arts academy, offering vocational training for budding performers of all abilities, in Dance, Drama and Singing. We provide the opportunity for young people to work and socialise in a healthy, safe and secure environment, fostering creativity, self expression and confidence.
Here at STARMAKER! we believe that every child matters, therefore we offer a curriculum that nurtures ALL pupils regardless of age, sex, race or ability. The Dance, Drama and Singing workshops encompass ‘musical theatre’ AND ‘urban/pop/commercial’ styles, following current trends within the industry, this makes teaching diverse, topical and contemporary.
Our main sessions take place on Saturday mornings, 10:00am -1:00pm.
We work towards performance at prestigious venues in the local area enabling parents to view the skills the students develop at Starmaker.
Starmaker Mini's
Starmaker Mini’s is a performance class for all trendy tots aged 3 – 4 years.
It incorporates IMAGINATION, MOVEMENT and MUSIC with FUN and LEARNING being at the heart it, in a SAFE environment. Think hoola hoops, bubble machines, instruments… a sensory explosion!
Starmaker Mini’s is a great introduction to Starmaker Performing Arts Academy as it introduces the 3 genres of performing that we focus on in the ‘Mash-up’ sessions for 5 – 18 years, SINGING, ACTING, and STREET DANCE.
The tots will spend their early years in the mini session before progression on to the main school at 5 years.
Starmaker Xpress
Starmaker Xpress is a 2 hour, express version of the hugely popular Starmaker PAA ‘Mash-Up’ sessions that take place on a Saturday at Starmaker Poulton and Starmaker Thornton.
The 2 hours incorporate singing, street dance and acting in a safe and creative environment. Students are taught by qualified industry professionals, who have extensive experience of working with children.
We provide a platform for our students to make steady progress whilst making new friends and having fun!
Lessons are quick paced and interactive, offering a holistic approach to learning key performing arts skills. Saturday’s 1:30 – 3:30
Starmaker Management
All our students can be fast tracked on to our casting and modelling agency.
We are a fresh and vibrant casting and modelling agency based in the North West representing a wide range of talented children and adults.
With a cohort of over 200 students across all academies, Starmaker Kids Casting Agency has become a well renowned and well respected company throughout the North West, winning awards to credit the success of the company along the way.
